Our opportunities

Our analysts are immediately involved in current transactions and benefit from significant exposure to clients from the outset.

● Working in small teams alongside senior bankers, our analysts support a wide range of transactions and benefit from significant client exposure from day one.

● Our analysts work in small teams and are given considerable responsibility. We invest in their development and rely on them to manage projects. You’d better start swimming, but we won’t let you sink like a stone!

● Our analysts are involved in the day-to-day execution of transactions, drafting marketing materials, building complex financial models, performing valuation analysis, attending client meetings and facilitating due diligence processes.

 

Profile required

● Solid academic background and proven experience of executing transactions in a leading M&A firm.

● Excellent analytical skills. Creativity combined with critical thinking and attention to detail. Highly organised, a team player and proactive.

● Experience in analysing financial statements, developing financial models and valuations, and creating financial projections.

● Strong ability to work independently and take on responsibility.

● Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual French/English, a third European language welcome.

Profile required

● Ability to work in a lean environment that values initiative, creativity, integrity and commitment

● Solid experience in the execution of M&A and/or financing transactions, preferably in mid-market and cross-border contexts.

● Strong quantitative knowledge and analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of finance, accounting and modelling, and good business acumen.

● Ability to approach potential clients with confidence and to lead meetings and transaction processes. Successful team management experience.
